Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders over $150 to anywhere in the United States.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Delivery time is 7-10 days from the time it is shipped. 

Returns

Please email us at knifemaker.est1932@gmail.com if you would like to return any items that you have purchased. 

*Any customized item is not eligible for return.

Our return policy lasts 21 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send any items before speaking with us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.
